Ip Camera Web Server Is There Such Thing As A Home SMTP Relay?

Is there such thing as a home SMTP relay? - ip camera web server

I have a TRENDnet TV-IP110 Camera (IP Camera), which supports the motion by e-mail alerts. Enter all the e-mail settings on the grounds of the House Administration.

Unfortunately, my ISP (Sympatico) with an authenticated, encrypted, SSL SMTP server on a standard port. Normally, this is great because it allows me to e-mail from anywhere with my SMTP server of the ISP. The camera is not compatible with SSL.

Is there any type of program (hopefully freeware) for Windows or Linux that build local authenticated, unencrypted, SMTP server on my side of the firewall (to prevent abuse), which can then be presented again later, or by e - Mail by the real SMTP server?

I would say that would be the program, but I can not find one, and not quite smart enough to leave even one.

They have a small answer to your own question .. done but .. Configure an Exchange server or Postfix server is a Linux (free) mail server. And they must follow. Or just a Yahoo or Gmail to send the photos ..
