About fell out of my seat reading this question. I moved from Fort McMurray to Calgary.
My husband has a Ford Explorer, and yet in his back and with a burden for us, we have two tanks. It took about 9 hours.
To be sure, not knowing what car you drive, Id say two tanks of gas (), especially when a small car. In any case, 8 to 10 hours.
The roads are actually quite good.
